Subscription FAQ
Q: Do I need to manually place orders every month ?
A: No, after the initial order has been placed, the system will keep your information, and will place the order automatically on every 1st day of each month until cancellation.
Q: Can I cancel the subscription ?
A: There is no specified completion time or duration of the subscription plan, and you may cancel the subscription at any time.
Q: Can I cancel/return my order after shipped out ?
A: Orders that have been shipped out can not be cancelled or refunded.
Q: How long will it take for my order to be shipped ?
A: Orders will be shipped out within 2-5 business days after payment is received. We will contact you for exceptions.
Q: What’s the payment cycle ?
A: Subscription payment schedule–
- Initial monthly payment will be processed on the day you place the order.
- All payments thereafter will be processed on the 1st day of each month from the 2nd month and on, until cancellation.
- For example–If you join the subscription plan on Aug. 28th, the 1st payment will be on Aug. 28th. The 2nd payment will be on Sep 1st, the 3rd payment will be on Oct. 1st, etc.
Q: Can I pick up my order at store front?
A: Yes, you can pick up your subscription order for self-pick-up from our Burlington Store–
- We will send you a pick-up notice when the order is ready for pick-up.
- Usually, it will be within 1-3 business days after we receive the order and payment.
Q: How do I get the subscription bonus?
A: We will offer a subscription bonus on every continuous 6 months subscription orders–
- The bonus will be shipped out along with the 6th month’s order. And the bonus will be issued every 6 months if the subscription continues.
- Any cancellation of the subscription prior to the 6th month of that period, will not have a bonus issued for that period of orders. Another 6 months will be counted starting all over again from the re-subscribed date after previous cancellation.
- For example–
- If you keep the subscription plan continuously for 6 months, you will receive a bonus with your 6th month’s order.
- If you cancel the plan after the 5th month, you won’t get the bonus.
- If you cancel the subscription plan at the 11th month, you will not receive your second bonus 1 month after.
- If you keep the subscription plan for 12 months, you will receive the second bonus, with your 12th month’s order.

Q: Payment Method?
A: VISA and Master cards are the main online payment methods. Your payment information will be kept by one of the world largest payment platforms and is secured by them, we do not keep any payment information on our end.
Q: Can I transfer my subscription?
A: The subscription plan is only valid for 1 address, and is not transferable to a different address. If you are moving to a different location, please contact us when that is happening.
