Each Capsule Contains:
Valerian (4:1) extract 50 mg
(Valeriana officinalis, root)
Equivalent to 200 mg raw herb
Hops (4:1) extract 25 mg
(Humulus lupulus, strobiles)
Equivalent to 100 mg raw herb
Passion flower (4:1) extract 25 mg
(Passiflora incarnata, herb top)
Equivalent to 100 mg raw herb
Catnip (Nepeta cataria, herb top) 20mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Cellulose, water-soluble cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica

Directions

Adults: Take 2-3 capsules before going to bed or as needed for the relief of insomnia. Store between 15°C to 25°C, away from children.
