Each Tablet Contains:
Elemental Magnesium (Bisglycinate, citrate, oxide) 150 mg
Melatonin 5 mg
Cellulose, modified cellulose gum, hydroxypropyl cellulose, water-soluble cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, titanium dioxide, silica.
No sugar, starch, gluten, lactose, artificial flavours or preservatives.
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily at or before bedtime. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month. For jet lag: For occasional short-term use, take once a day at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while travelling, and at destination, until adapted to the new daily pattern.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if: you are taking anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, blood pressure, immunosuppressive, sedative, hypnotic or psychotropic medications, or steroids; you have cardiovascular, chronic kidney, immune system, or liver disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, hypoglycemia, or migraines.
Consult your health care practitioner if symptoms persist continuously for more than 1 month (chronic insomnia). Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, or cramping) and rare allergic reactions have been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
